► LOCATION: 500 Chadbourne Rd, Fairfield, CA

► SCOPE OF WORK: Demo four (4) existing offices and corridors, then reconstructed the space into a large pharmacy with a service window. Relocated the lobby door & installed ADA-compliant push pad door operator.

► KEY FEATURES OR CHALLENGES: Accommodated existing 1^st floor and surrounding 2^nd floor tenants throughout construction. Noisy phases were scheduled during off-hours to minimize disruption. Relocated both existing and new plumbing and electrical systems.
